William was a very intelligent and insightful man. He was a good character.

I think I agree with you. In fact, Myra behaved more maturely, and I see her as a very strong link between the characters and the scenes.

Sarah was definitely my favourite. The author was able to capture the personality of a rebellious teenager thoroughly.

I think she seemed to be rebellious at first. She was a brat but I will admit that she was a misunderstood brat.
