The book is encouraging and the heart has to be very strong with things we go through. Life lessons teach us and shape us a lot. They make us what we are and it should be a lesson to many that are weakhearted.

Strong Heart --

Although the title is direct and to the point I did not find this book to be one for me. With that being said the flow of the read was smooth and airy. I would recommend this to early twenty something people, its an interesting read.

I honestly really enjoyed this book, and gave it 4 out of 4 stars. My only real issue was that Strong Heart's story just stopped, and I enjoyed it so much I wanted to read more about her and her life. This was the strongest point for me, and I almost wish the story was JUST her story. I understand why we converged hers and Sarah's story, but personally I was more invested with Strong Heart.

I wrote a review of this book a while back and gave it 4 stars out of 4. I found its breadth of subject material extremely enjoyable. If you wanted to learn about customs and beliefs of native Alaskan Indians, read about the beauty of the wilderness and the desire and deceptiveness of exploiters of the same, or just get exposed to the good, bad and ugly involved in being the custodian of a teen-ager, and so much more, you too will like this book.

I was surprised as to how much I enjoyed this book. I especially enjoyed the historical aspect brought to life through Sarah's experiences. I was a little disappointed with the ending, to me it rounded up too quickly. I would rate 4 out of 4 stars

I quote myself  : "The story is inspiring and aids in self-reflection; it is well-articulated and able to accommodate the young and old. As for lovers of nature and the outdoors, history, and archaeology/anthropology they are in for a sure treat."
- I gave the book 4 out of 4 stars after the review write-up.

This book didn't make me particularly hooked. I would have liked more emphasis on the characters, their relations, the interpersonal and psychological aspect, and a little less details in Sarah's story, as well as less stillness in other parts. But I rated it 3 out of 4 because I thought some people could really love it, which I realise by reading your comments, while others might not. Well, anyway, there are many things that I liked about the story like the mix between dream and reality and the many questions that arise during the reading.
