Absolutely! Challenges are what defines who we are. Not actually the challenge itself, but how we choose to handle it. Whether we overcome it successfully or not and whether we maintain our integrity throughout, all serve to shape our character and the determine the person we become at the end of the day.

Challenges makes a persin stronger, wiser and it builds his or her self by different obstacles he or sha had been through. It molds every person into something. This makes us more mature in life through different challenges we encounter. This helps a person grow. Helps them realize that life needs challenges to feel what it's like to be living.
Successful people have been to several challenges. They will not be in their syccessful places if they weren't able to overcome several challenges.

I don't think it's possible to succeed without challenges. We all learn from our mistakes and from all the pain we experience. Going through these makes us stronger and wiser.

challenges are definitely important for growth and life experiences. i don't think there is anyone without them and that is why we have some very good authors who put those challenges and victories into good books for our enlightenment and enjoyment.

I think that if you are not challenged people may not reach their potential or even realize things could be different. Our challenges and failures make us know where we are going wrong. When we succeed it gives us a drive and want for a feeling of betterment and pride.

Absolutely. If everything is easy and you're always in your comfort zone, you won't ever be able to undergo growth or be forced to change. When faced with a challenge, we either have to improve ourselves or give up on it.

Of course I do agree with the topic. All the exemplary and successful people we encounter in the history had spent harsh lives filled with challenges. In fact, facing challenges is the best way to identify our capabilities.

Debbyemi wrote: 07 Sep 2017, 09:18 In Bluewater Walkabout, the author experienced challenges which she overcame. There is also a popular adage that says "challenges are stepping stones to success". How true is this, and how often do we need challenges to succeed. Is it also possible to succeed without challenges. Share your views about that.
Challenges are essential for growth. I personally have not seen anyone without challenges. The extent is what varies.

Of course. Without challenges how one can ever grow? This challenge might be a life or death situation for some; some simply might find life in general a challenge; it is all in the perspective.

I think without challenges life won't be in existence. You learn from your challenges and grow. So yes challenges are needed for success and growth.

Of course it is, if you do not have challenges you will not know your strengths.
