What crazy holiday is your favorite? (August)

Post by kio » 16 Aug 2017, 01:29

I love crazy holidays like National Talk Like a Pirate Day ( Sept 29) or Make Up Your Mind Day (Dec 31), because they remind me to enjoy life and to laugh. What crazy holidays do you know of and/or like? ( Try brownielocks.com for ideas)

I like the sister Holiday. I know there is one because I have seen it posted on facebook. For those of us that do not have kids, or are just aunts, it's kind of a special day if you are a sister to someone since they don't have aunt or uncle day that I know of.

The good ones--taco day, donut day, root beer float day being at or near the top. Love being able to convince the family we have to eat my favorites just because someone arbitrarily picked that day.

National Best Friend's Day is by far the best "crazy" holiday. You can never show enough appreciation to those who are by your side through thick and thin.
