Definitely I would chose family as it is more important than anything else. With family you can make things work through thick and thin as you soldier on. Its pointless to have all those luxuries and have nobody to enjoy with. It like living in isolation.

I agree. You have family, you just have your own little beautiful world.

Even though I chose family, I will admit that it would be nice to have both.

Like a lot of people in this post, it would be great to have both but if it is one or the other I would choose family. If I didn't have a very good relationship with my family growing up I could see why it would be appealing to having the luxury but in the end I would want to still share it with those I love. Because luxury can be an empty love.

I agree with you . first one should try to have both . If not possible , then your choice should be family

I'd go with family. Luxury doesn't mean much if you're all alone.

My family comes first. I work to earn luxury for me and my family to enjoy. While lonely, I can not enjoy luxury.

This is just what I think, having a family is already a luxury. I mean, not everyone has one. Some people work their bones off to have a luxury life saying it's for their family but then they forgot that money won't be able to buy back the time they could have spent with their loved ones.

But to answer, obviously, I'll choose family. Not just "blood" family, but the real ones. They're the most precious luxury I could have in this world.

If I don't really have to choose only one, I choose both because I want to enjoy the luxuries of life with my family. Luxury without my family is useless.

It depends. If family were abusive or toxic people to be with, who would choose to be around them anyway? Why not make the most of it?

My family is such a blessing, and I love them even when we don't exactly like each other. But I have a few friends that can't say the same for the parents and siblings they were born to.

(I'm totally playing devil's advocate here, because solid, healthy relationships can't be bought and are worth it)

Family comes first. I wouldn't even think twice about it although it would be nice if you could have both, you know. Luxury is not something you would enjoy if you are alone.
