I love journal. It is my hobby ever since. In my journal I can express all my feelings. If I'm angry or get mad or so lonely, I will just write it then I'm OK. That's it, the benefits of journalism.

I feel keeping a diary or journal means all of your secrets and stuff thta belongs to you and you only becomes more like public stuff. Anyone who tires to sneak into your diary is gonna know all of your stuff. That no longer is your private stuff. On the other side of fence, I feel , writing about all of your stuff that you have been going through , relaxes your mind to some degree. I personally have started keeping a diary twice, but then , after filling few pages, I burnt them all so that I'll feel safe that what's mine is still mine. It's weird. I know

At various points I tried to keep one, but I always abandon them. Just as life becomes interesting I don't have the time to write things down. I guess I always liked the idea of a diary more than I actually liked creating one.

I keep a diary. But that diary contains stories instead of daily experiences. I know its weird but I keep my personal stuffs in the form of stories and poems.

I tried once. I couldn't write on it everyday so I decided to just write any important(may it be good or bad) events in my life instead.

Yes, I do keep journal but frankly, I'm not faithful to it. I find it difficult recording issues in it.

Once I kept my feelings inside of me, I used to write them down but there were many bad things I wrote, so I preferred to burn it down and let my past go. Ever since I feel bad and confused I talk to people and get second opinion or I express my thoughts and feelings aloud. No more diary.

I used to but every time I read through my past entries I would feel depressed or vengeful. Now I channel my experiences into blog posts that others may enjoy.

I always try but am never successful at it. I write often, but whenever I get a nice journal or try to be formal about it I over analyse what I am trying to write and never complete it.

I've also always tried to stay consistent in writing in a journal. I'm never able to truly do it though.

I actually like to keep a diary but the point is, I find it difficult to maintain one. Well, I kept a journal for almost a year but after that, I have never kept one again. When I look back at the one I kept that time, I see that it's really a beautiful thing to have stories of your life to look back to.
