Mine is different from Godfredo and Paco as white is from black. Perhaps, familial relationships is what defines each and everyone of us.
To be without some of the things you want is an indispensable part of happiness.

I have a great relationship with my Mum - she's like my bestfriend that doesn't mean we always agree on things but for the most we laugh a lot together and cherish each other.

I have a good relationship with my parents. It did had its up and down during my teenage years but now it seems fine.
What is the most special thing I did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.

I have a very strong relationship with my mother; she has always been a source of strength and inspiration for me. Both a parent and a best friend, I know I can always come to her for help.

When I was in my teens, I was always very rebellious, and so the relationship wasn't very good. Now that I'm soon going to end up in their shoes, I find myself getting closer and closer to them...

I used to be scared of my mum when I was a kid but now we're sort of like friends. I get why she came off as scary when I was younger. She was a widow with too many young kids to take care of and very little to support us. There was no room for her to take nonsense from us and find ways to feed us too. But now, with no pressure and all her kids grown up, she's more laid back.

My parents do not act like loving father and mother but I am very close with my siblings. I am glad that everyone else has these amazing relationships though, it is nice.

My parents are the best. They are very understanding, they never impose any of their decisions on me and when I see my friends' parents, I realise that I am the luckier one.

I have a very sweet, harmonious relationship with my parents. I love them to death and I try to show them that they mean the world to me often.

I have a good relationship with my mother after I had my own children. I did not have a relationship with my father until recently. It's civil, not close, not resentful.

My mother and I are very close. I consider her one of my best friends and closest confidant. It has taken us years to get to this point. But I think the history is why we are so close and appreciative of what we have today. I can always count on an honest, no holding back opinion from her.
Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him.

I have been truly blessed in the relationship I have with my parents. It was rocky when I was younger, but honestly that was on me. Not on them. They are incredibly open, laid back, and loving people. Their priorities are definitely not power or money. They couldn't care less about those things! We all have moments and struggle, but we always know our foundation. The hard times always pass. Love remains.
I love LOVE. <3

Hi, Skillian! I tried to check your latest review but encountered some strange stuff. The review seems to be unpublished. It seems you have stopped reviewing too. Too bad as I liked your style. I hope you do write for us again.

I do plan on getting back in the mix of things. I have been gone for a few years... but I'm back! haha. Life happens. And life is strange. But no worries. I'm currently looking at what books are available for review. Haven't decided which one I want to choose yet. I am in a bit of an indecisive mood. I might sleep on it and make the choice tomorrow. haha

Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad to be back. :)

Woa! I just saw what you saw. How odd! I messaged Scott about it. So hopefully it gets fixed. Strange indeed! haha.

When I was younger my relationship with my parents was rocky. We constantly bunked heads and argued. Now in my adult years, my parents are without a doubt my best friends. I couldn't have asked for better people to raise me.
