Yes, I think music can be used to express anything, good or bad. Music is very expressive and can be used in many different ways and to sort through just about any type of emotion.

Absolutely.
I would think music as the expression of your feelings you didn't even realise you felt.

I think music is the highest form of expression for the human condition or experience. Thus, individuals who are caught up in different situations of life (both goof and bad) often resort to music as a form of deeper emotional expression.

I think music definitely helps us express our situations. Our words are only one tool in the box, so when we incorporate songs, gestures, videos etc, it really makes a difference and the situation becomes more relatable.

Sometimes a great line of music can capture one's feelings with great precision. I find this to be this case with guys like Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan.

Definitely! I have used music many times to help friends and family understand what I am going through. This can work with other forms of art such as visual arts and dance. It is a different way to communicate ideas and emotions that can be hard to say verbally.

It helps so much. Music is the food to our souls. It helps us the most painful circumstances. Music helps relieve our heartaches.

I do believe that music can, will and does help one express themselves in certain situations. As I said in one of my previous post that you could tell be the music that I am listening to and know exactly what type of a mood I am in.

I definitely thinks that music helps people express more. There have been situations in life where I had only expressed using music. Music is love.

Songs universally acceptable to any heart. This is next to money. Therefore, when communicating sensitive issues, people tend to use songs for easier capture of the idea. Sometimes songs find better words than any other way to express one's message.

While I appreciate the author's desire to connect the chapters to themes in Adele's songs, I did not find that aspect of the book to be relevant. I would have liked the book just as much without the Adele angle.

Yes, I think music can be used to express one’s situation. Music carries a message and we connect emotionally to it. I like how the verse in each chapter related to the characters situation.

Absolutely, I think a person can relate to the lyrics in a music and use it to express how they feel.
