Yes, Jumping is a great exercise for cardio to get your blood pumping. It is also great for body-eye coordination, a skill that we often forget to refine. Any exercise is good as it fills the body with chemicals that wash you with a sense of well-being. Moreover, skipping, being associated with our childhood, can give you a sense of pleasure that the old days, although gone, you can still do what you used to love to do!

Absolutely! I am addicted to the outdoors, so any game that takes place outdoors would definitely appeal to me. I still jump rope by the way! Only twice a week though because I'm old :lol2:

I enjoy most the outdoor activities rather than playing digital or electronic devices. So I definitely play jumping rope, not only it is fun it also form of exercise.

I agree with you. I would rather have my children play in the field than have them stuck with some Ipad

Exactly, it's all about how you use it. If you let it stop you from real social interaction and exercise, it can be a very destructive thing, but if you use it constructively then it can be a good thing.

Well, I'm all about outside, physical activities, and nostalgic games. So, I'm always down. If it comes to electronics, I'd choose a Sega or another game console over iPad/cell phones games/videos. (Maybe because I'm always trying to recreate my own childhood). :eusa-think:

Honestly I would play rope skipping always even with my future children. It is a childhood game that I can never let go. Also it keeps one fit.

Growing up I used to skip rope, but it's not something that I would do now.
