I love music and singing! I also have CDs still lol. Music is very important in my life. I listen to different songs based on either my emotions or what I want to listen to at the time. Music just conveys such strong feelings and messages and it is truly a beautiful art.

I play the guitar, not very well :D. But I want to lwarn the piano too. Music is an essential part of life. It has taken me from heart breaks to disappointments...i don't know how we could survive without it.

I listen to music pretty much all day. When I am cleaning and my kids are home we listen to musical soundtracks, disney soundtracks and other various movie soundtracks. However I do love Nightwish. I also love some country, 80's rock and of course 90's-00 pop like NSYNC and Backstreet Boys.

Music has always been a huge thing in my life. Everyone in my family either plays and instrument, sings, or both. My dad always plays music when he's working (which is all the time) so there's always music play. As I'm typing this I have music playing right now. I love music!

Music is how I relax. One of my favorite 'activities' is to just hop in my car and turn up the radio on the way to work or school.

I really love music and owe it my sanity many times over. My favorites are Coldplay, Beatles and Chainsmokers.

Music helps set my mood. When I want a little boost I play upbeat songs. If I'm sad I play songs that are deep and longing. i also listen to a variety when I clean to help keep me motivated. And yes I still own CDs. I'm sure I even have cassettes stored somewhere from my teen years.

Music is definitely a good thing when you spend a lot of the time at home. It can change the mood from lethargic to energized. I don't see how your husband writes with music "pumping" as you put it. Lol. (Well, I guess it depends what kind of music it is...lol) I enjoy playing "cafe" music like jazz and bosanova in the background while I work at home.

My husband is similar to yours in that he gets his music pumping. He uses it to get himself awake in the morning or when he preps to go to the gym.

I love listening to epic music like Two Steps From Hell while daydreaming or visualising the future.

Music is a big part of my life. I love songs from specific bands and I also check around for interesting new ones.

I'm not usually comfortable in complete silence. I'd rather fill my life with music be it when am cooking, cleaning or reading. If am not listening am perhaps croaking a tune or two. I use music to learn about people especially the singers, you can learn a lot about a person by either their choice of music as well as the genre.
