I enjoy music everyday. It helps relax me after a long day and yes I still have cd's.

I think everyone has this changing soundtrack in their life that helps them de-stress and just offers listening pleasure. When you have small kids it also gets additions like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

It's funny, I used to think music didn't play a big role in my life, but when I hear music in a movie or in a cafe, I realize my life would be quite dull without it. But, I kind of live off the grid and I don't own a car or a radio or and CD's ;) so when I hear music playing somewhere, it's very moving.

Music is the food to my soul. It soothes my heart whenever it's heavy. My very first solution to my pains is listening to music. Not just music but good music. It has a way of healing our hearts and uplifting us whenever we are down.

Listening to music calms me down when I am stressed. I like that when I listen to music I am transported to a different world.

Music is an important part of my life. It’s the best way for me to show joy, to express pain I cannot explain and it just speaks the language of the heart.
