I would love to read a sequel, but I don't think it'd be a good idea. Maybe apply the same theme to another set of characters. It was an amazing book, but part of its magic rest in the story told as it is. So I don't think we can find out more about the characters. That is a job for our imagination.

I don't think a sequel would be the best thing for this book. However, I would like to know more about how Malika left Marrakesh and everything else that happened in her life afterwards.

Personally, I would not read a sequel because I wasn't very impressed with the first book. Still, I did feel like the ending of the book was very abrupt. After developing a very dramatic background for many characters, I felt let down by the brief climax. Still, I appreciate the authors' right to leave a story with some loose ends--it is always interesting for the reader to use imagination and to come to his or her own conclusions.

I would absolutely love to read a sequel! I would hope for a happily ever ending this time, one where Mariam and Yasir rekindle their lost flame, Malika and Elias stay in touch and continue to inspire each other and Nadia moves to another country to be free from her oppressed life. :D

I loved the book, so yes, I would like a sequel. I want to find out where everyone left off, especially with Yasir and Mariam. There seemed to be a glimmer of hope there.

I don’t think the book needs a sequel, it ended perfectly for me.
