Reading cool adventures is my first step to considering that new place for personal adventure. It is through reading that I can prepare myself and help me anticipate things.Moniquejm wrote:Yes I do like reading adventures because I am also discovering things about places. At the same time I am also learning new info about places.

Nice! I won't visit most places I read about, so reading about it is a nice replacement.Donnavila Marie01 wrote:Reading cool adventures is my first step to considering that new place for personal adventure. Daydreaming is sometimes happening to me if I am very much immersed with the characters in the story. In most cases, in political thriller books.Amagine wrote:I like reading adventure stories. It's always interesting to be taken on a adventure with the main characters as they explore new horizons. I also like to daydream and pretend that I'm on the adventure with them.

One sign of a good book is the ability of the reader to get immersed in the story and relate to the characters.Donnavila Marie01 wrote:Daydreaming is sometimes happening to me if I am very much immersed with the characters in the story. For me, it is both kinds. I love "Anne of Green Gables" as well!Kalin Adi wrote:Reading about cool adventures is exciting. For me, cool adventures do not include extreme adventures. It's more like silly and crazy adventures the ones that I like. For instance, the ones you read in Anne of Green Gables. When I read Anne of Green Gables, I had a blast. It was hilarious when she gave wine to her friend Diana instead of juice (funny thing, that happened to me as well when I was little), or when she smashed a slate over Gilbert's head because he called her Carrot. I could read and re-read her adventures and imagined I was she. Still, this is one of the books I remember dearly.
