Nadia's strong character was attractive but she shouldn't have reported the ex when he had so much control over her plans. Not to mention that I really didn't like how she first decided to get on the plane without Waleed. :(
I also found it odd that she first decided to get on the plane without Waleed when the whole trip was for him, and her whole life was around her son. Luckily, she changed her mind about it.

I liked Yasser best. In spite of his marriage falling apart and him suffering under a dominating wife, he dd not apply for a divorce since he did not want the kids to suffer.

Indeed, he tried harder than his wife to save their marriage.

Well, I also consider Elias as an interesting character. Not all men are lovers of music from lady singers but he is the opposite of these men who do not give value to lady singers.

Mine was Nadia. All the way.
She fought for her right both at the home front and at work.
She encourages me to continue fighting for what is mine.
Lord, protect me from my friends; I can take care of my enemies.

Elias evoked alot of childhood emotions on me, growing up in a popular tourist spot in East Africa. I believe his actions were quite noble with Malika, few clients if any, would do what he did even after knowing her age.

I agree his actions were noble with Malika and he got Brownie points from me for that.

Really? I did not know this. This case of Malika is a shocking revelation. There are many Malikas out there waiting for someone to give them a glimpse of hope.

Not many would also bother to ask the age, I think.

Yeah. Knowing that there are people fighting despite the odds gives us the courage and strength to continue our battle.

Nadia was my favorite too. She had courage to stand up against society and her abusive ex-husband. Moreover, she is a devoted mother.

Yaser and Nadia have things in common though. :D :D They are both annoying at times but I consider them as beautiful people.
