Should 'Raven's Peak' be made as a movie?

Post by va2016 »

Wow! Whoa! etc..etc...That's how I feel about 'Raven's Peak' !
Kudos to the author!

Now, given the breathtaking speed with which the story moves,
I think this story qualifies to be considered to be taken as a movie!

What do you all think?

I think it would also make a good movie. The plot moved well, the setting(s) were easy to visualize, and there is definitely enough creepiness factor that would draw people in. I'd go watch it if the book was made into a movie. :)

I also think it will make a good movie, as it's action-packed.

100% agree with this. It would make an incredible movie and I think the pacing would work really well. Hollywood could clean up a few of the minor side issues to make it fit really well as a Blockbuster and I would absolutely go see it!

I had recently asked Lincoln Cole what actors he wanted to play his characters. He said he wasn't sure on the other characters but for Abigail he liked Zoe Saldana or the actress who plays Missendi in Game of Thrones (Daenerys' servant girl). What about you guys? What actors do you see playing the roles of the characters?

I think the book would make a great movie! As long as they don't change the storyline of the book. I can't stand it when they completely ruin a book because they destroyed the plot in the movie.

I definitely think it could make a movie. I'm sure they could play up the old town in the movies. I know that would be a freaky set!

Yes I believe it should be made as a movie. The book is so entertaining that I believe it will captivate more minds as a movie or maybe a T.V. Series because I personally do not want the story to end.

I could see this as a movie, is has enough action and you could get creative with sets and prosthetics for the demons!

It would be interesting if this will be turned into a movie. This will surely make a hit especially if it will be handled by the experts. I am excited to watch the characters as they are portrayed through the movie.

I just hope Hollywood doesn'tt butcher it. There has been so many times I would say that I want a certain book to be made into a movie ?. When the movie is made, I wish they've just left it as a book ?.

Definitely true. They end up changing things so much and ruin some really great concepts.
