I really don't because I've been brought up in a christian family and I have faith in God's word. Much to the tribulations in this world, God is for real. Even Napoleon said, only a fool would deny God's very existence.

It is an interesting historical subject, in fact it was my favorite college course, to learn about all of the different religions, their origins, and how similar they all are. I always encourage people to open their minds and subject themselves to different cultures and their histories because religion continues to divide us.
What exactly is an Agnostic Athiest?

I think the very same way. I took some Eastern religion courses in college to try to get more exposed. I sometimes think it would be nice to attend other religions' places of worship, to see what it's like. I think the main reason people believe in God is one, it was instilled in them as a child, and two, they feel a (perhaps spiritual? perhaps imaginative?) presence and they associate it to a god.

In Raven's Peak, Haatim questions himself about existence of GOD..But nearing the end he does say he was upset with himself for letting his sister die.He could have searched for a cure himself.

This states that he even does not question existence of god.

In my opinion, I trust the almighty.

I have never stated "yes, I believe in God" or "no, he doesn't exist". Until there is solid evidence that he does exist or not, I will remain opened-minded but I do question it.

I gather that if you want solid evidence you fancy yourself as a jury of one. Does that mean that other juries of one are not considering solid evidence?

That's fair. I think being open-minded and questioning things before believing in them are good characteristics to have.

I'm still waiting for solid evidence for the non-existence of God. It's kinda like don't think about a pink elephant.

I have never questioned the existence of God, but sometimes I wish I would because it would mean that every bad thing that happens in this world is not intentional.

No, after going through a very challenging phase of my life, I know God is there, He/she listens to me and always protects and guide me in the right direction. I don't have any doubt about the existence of the supreme power called God

I have never questioned the existence of God. I have definitely questioned religion, though. I am a seeker, always looking for answers. I have unquenchable curiosity...questioning everything is just who I am!

Waiting for solid evidence that disproves or proves something is good. I do that, too.

Just so you know, when currently replying to others, I'm not referencing you. Not sure if you thought that or not, but decided it's probably better to address it. I'm just responding how I normally would, with affirmation and my honest opinion.

I also wanted to thank you. In our discussions before, I got to explore the pov of someone with a very different way of thinking, and I learned a lot. So thank you.

I genuinely believed once upon a time but not anymore because I realized that a lot of information/facts points to religion/God and the whole spirituality thing being man-made to fill a gap for what we don't know and can't 100% assert in life as well as to give hope etc
