"Abigail and Her Sidekick (Haa)Tim"...? (Sorry, I was just messing around.hehehe)

What about the first name of whoever the main character is? I have only read the first book, and from it, I got the impression that using a collective type of name (e.g. demon hunters, the Council) doesn't really reflect whatever goes on in the story. So, it could be something like, "World on Fire Book 1: Abigail" or "Raven's Peak: Abigail". I'm not sure if the main character changes in the next book, though, so it might not work.

Here's one: "Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned". Kind of fits in with Abigail and the demon taking Arthur...

There should be a spin off that focuses only on Abigail and that should be the title of it.

I really like some of the ideas posted. I do not have a creative bone in my body so I have nothing to add. However, I think the original title fits it well.

Yes, I agree. The original title works just fine too. Though I would love to see the author use some of the titles for a spin off series. :lol2:

I like both of those quite a bit! They are really appealing and do a great job of setting up the book!

I like Raven's Peak. I think it is a very fitting name.

Other than that, I also thought

The Council sounds like a great spin off title. I can picture a book being made that focuses only on the council and all the politics behind it. I think it would be a very interesting story.
