I don't want the existence of evil in this world. I wish evilness will be reduced for us to have better society.

I was raised to believe in them and I have seen some crazy things. I'm not sure if I completely agree with my upbringing on possession and exorcism though. Maybe they are real but some could have been mental illness that just needed proper care.
Now ghosts I believe in! Too many personal experiences not to believe.

I agree that if evil was eliminated from our world, it would be a much better place. Unfortunately, evil will never disappear. At least not until the world ends.

100%. I'm a pretty solid believer in spirits, ghosts, aliens whatever. I could probably go on for hours giving countless examples, but one of the biggest reasons I believe in these sorts of things is the actual evidence that people try to continuously discount, which would be true stories of exorcism. The Catholic church claims they don't practice it, but there have been many stories in the past of priests performing exorcism either sanctioned or not sanctioned by their churches. Why would they perform them if it wasn't real? Also I have had too many of my own experiences to discount the existence of spirits, good or bad. I come from a long line of clairvoyants, and have the gift myself. I try to avoid situations now because time has made me much more cautious about what could happen if your not careful.

This earth has been around a lot longer than any of us, and in my opinion it's crazy to think that these things were nothing more than imaginary. We often take our own intuition for granted, and refuse ideals we can't logically explain but just because we can't explain it doesn't mean it's not real.

I believe in exorcism and the possessed. When I was younger, I joined a charismatic renewal group and one department of that group is exorcism ministry. And I witnessed such exorcisms. I did not participate because I was part of another department (music ministry) but I could see the "patients" before and after said exorcism. Most of them were transformed and became coherent afterwards.

That is really interesting and I love learning about things like that. It can be life changing.

I would look up documentaries about possession as exorcism just to see what it looks like but I'm partially afraid.

I do believe in demons possession but not in exorcism. The only way that a demon possessed person can be free from it's evil powers is by fasting and praying and the casting out of it should be done by someone who knows what they doing, someone who has a relationship with God and is led by the Holy Spirit.

Its all depend on ones faith, the devil/demon will not come your way if you do not indulge in even and believe in the other world.

If I believe in a higher power I must believe in the opposite as well. The good has to have some bad to balance it out I suppose.

My religious background leads me to believe in demons and the possessed. I've never witnessed anything like that first hand though, the thought terrifies me.

I would like to believe that it does not exist- just a figment of a screenwriter or an author's imagination. I do think in the past, a lot of mental illnesses were misunderstood as something supernatural and not treated properly giving credence to old wives tales about possession, etc.

yes, I do, the demons exist, the Bible say in ephesians 6:12; For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places
