The author did a really good job at including other myths in the book without having them overshadow the vampires. That was one of the best parts of the book, in my opinion.

Yes, there are many mythologies used in this book but I generally don't believe in any mythologies.

Yeah! Mythology is interesting but most of the stories contain cliche facts. But I still like it.

I love mythology. I think my culture's mythology will make for a pretty awesome fantasy novel, since we have different sorts of creatures that do not exist in Western myth.
