Definitely a good thing that one doesn't have to be a believer of any particular sort to enjoy this book. Thanks for the review.

This book talks about religious views with a Jewish mindset. It talks about the beginning and the end of days. I'm Catholic. As much as I enjoy reading about other perspectives, this book does not interest me.

I think I might have enjoyed this book in college when I was actively studying science. It sounds like an interesting book but I’m not interested in reading a textbook-style nonfiction book at this time. Thanks for the helpful review!

I'm not a great fan of historical books but with your review on the book, it's possible I find this one interesting since it talks about the end time. I have a feeling I'll discover something tangible from it

The Biblical Clock by Daniel Friedmann and Dania Sheldon sounds amazing especially the first part of the book. I love reading the creation story and so yes I will read this book. Great review.

While the book sounds fascinating, I think readers who are more intrested in science, religion and history would be delighted with this. However, this is not my genre so I shall pass on this one. Congratulations to the author and thank you for sharing an honest and thorough review.

I have no interest in reading about religion, so I'll pass on this one. Thanks for the review!

I don't know what Kabbalah is and this is something that I can learn here aside from the correlation of the Bible with science. Thanks for your review.

I am not religious person and as such have little to none interest in studying theological studies of sacred books. In my opinion it's enough to live by conscience and if person does have some bad bones in body no amount of teachings or fear of God put in them can remedy that.

It sounds like the author put a lot of research into explaining how the biblical Genesis account of creation complements with scientific studies. Chapter ten sounds interesting to me, as I have read Left Behind. The author's fictional story gives a possible scenario of what may happen at the end of times.

This book has intrigued me for a while. While I don't believe in a prescribed end times, it would be interesting to read about the details of what is believed. This book would be a good vehicle for that, since it is so well done.

I have no idea how you can reconcile science and religion regarding such factual things as evolution and creationism, but I'm willing to keep an open mind.
I'm not sure, either, if mixing fictional accounts with facts (or at least alleged facts) helps the authors credibility, even if they're fascinating. Maybe they help the reader relate easier to what's being explained. I honestly don't know.
I guess I'll have to read the book to solve all of these questions. :techie-studyingbrown:

This is a non-fiction book that compares the Biblical view of creation to scientific views. It uses other sources, such as the Torah and Kabbalah, to back up its claims. Congratulations to the author for having this book chosen as BOTD. This is a very interesting review. Thanks to the reviewer.

Although I have clear contradictions to the biblical reference and claims in the book, "The Biblical Clock" by Daniel Friedmann and Dania Sheldon sound intriguing and engaging.

I’m always interested when religious scriptures are being examined in a scientific light. The book sounds well-researched. Thanks for the review!
