You are brave! I find that I shy away from poetry because I fear I won't understand it. I think I have only read one book of poems since being on this site. Your review seemed so balanced and fair even with some mishaps that you found. I don't think this one is for me with the complexity involved regarding vocabulary. I like simple and straightforward when I do delve into this genre. Great review with good insight!

This here, is actually my first review on a book of poems. I decided to read it thoroughly so as to understand, and I didn't regret it. Thanks for stopping by.

It sounds like a good book that will appeal those who like such poetry that reflects the social probability of society. Great review.

And may I remind you not to judge; for where you see monochrome, I see rainbows and I trust my illustrations more than I will ever the dull, drab garb of reality.
More often than not, creativity is not sticking to mere routines and conventions. It's more about thinking outside the box, pretending there isn't a box or even not acknowledging there is a box at all. Imagine a life of perfect constancy, without any gradations or deviations. How would such seem?

Thank you for your thought-provoking and honest review.

I agree with you on this. What's there to think about if there aren't reasons for us to think at all?

Thanks you for sharing your thoughts.

Wow! This sounds like a great collection! I enjoyed your thorough review. I liked that you started it with a quote. I may try to include that in mine!

This sounds like a great book; I do enjoy poetry from time to time, and this seems like an interesting read because of the issues explored. Thanks for the review!
