I like reading books that are full of action and adventure, so this sounds like a fun read. At the same time, I'm still overwhelmed with all the politics regarding the Middle East these days. The fact that this story is set in the Middle East might make the story too close to reality for my comfort level, so I'll have to pass on this book. Thanks for the review, though. I appreciate it.

No fair! My bookshelves are going to be overflowing. I believe I'll read the first book in the series before this one so I can start this journey from the beginning.

Thank you for your review.

I have been considering this book but was unsure because it was a sequel. It is interesting that you mentioned it can stand alone. The similarity in the titles make it a bit confusing.

Thank you for the review. An adventure in the Middle East sounds interesting. It's good to know that this book is also good to read as a stand alone.

From the sample I read, it looks like an awesome adventure. I do want to read the first book also. I ended up reading the sample very quickly and was caught up and invested in the story. The preview for the book also had me very interested. It is like it isn't a novel, but a biography. If that makes sense. I really enjoyed the parts I read so far. :D

Sounds like a read I have been looking for! Thank you for your review! I will be starting it today as I like what you have described. I love the diversity of the characters and like how you explained that it kept your interest piqued the entire time! Great job!

Great review this books sounds exciting. I also love books of different cultural backgrounds. I will have to read the first one before I read this one but I’m intrigued to see what powers he has.

Thanks for the review. The suspense and three fast paced action pact novel with lots of twist and turns sounds a promising read. Would definitely add it to my to be read list

This is an action based thriller story which has the most exciting theme. This has a journey of life and death. I like it.

After reading this review I am intrigued to know more. This book sounds like an edge of your seat, nail bitting adventure that I can't wait to explore. Thanks for the nail bitting review.

This sounds like a page-turner! I like the idea of "special powers" being used in the real world. I'll add this one to the shelf! (As an aside, did anyone else find that second paragraph a little hard to follow?)

A combination of adventure, romance, journey seems like a good story to read. A journey based story is always full of thrill, adventure and romance. Very excited to read.

A story that follows two men in their mission in Middle East. I can already imagine a fast-paced action-packed thriller from reading your review alone. I already added it to my to-read list.

A story that removes the reader from their real-time environment and allows them to sink comfortably and excitedly into the plot sounds like my kind of book. It's also helpful to know that, although a sequel, it is a story in itself. Sounds like a must-read!
