I am awed by the author's imagination. What if it were true, and I have an echo out there? That would just be amazing!

I hope to get a copy of this book and experience the sounds and echoes myself.

I'm also a big fan of YA fantasy. I think I will always have a soft spot for them.
Loved your review - thanks!

I have enjoyed reading your review. The plot is intriguing. Will's family is really strange. Instead of rejoicing their lost son is back after many years, they instead mourn their daughter to a point the son feels pressured to look for his sister?

Spending 12 years to imagine 'echoland' was really a great task by the author. I'm not surprised you didn't find any errors in this because he has taken his time to craft echoland; he will give it all it takes to make sure the book is well edited. I commend the author's hardwork and dedication to this book. I will really like to check this boom out. Thanks the insightful review.
Feeling upset sometimes may be unavoidable, but acting distressed is always optional.

If this book could approximate Rowling's work but is able to remain with a form and essence of its own, then it surely is something worth checking out by fans of the genre. Thank you for your interesting review.

I read this book last month, and I had a completely different reaction to it than you did. I wasn't as big a fan of it as you are. But, you write a great review. Thanks!
