I love your review. The book offers really amazing practical lessons. And the character development is just amazing.

I agree that the story is largely a story of redemption. I don't think that the character is relatable to me, in the sense that I can't see myself acting that way. I did like Hiram's development as a character, he was someone that you wanted to hate, but at the same time, felt sorry for. Great review!

Thanks for the interesting review. I also got a chance of reading the book and share the same sentiments.

The review summarises the protagonist personality from different perspective. Different people perceive us I'm different way. I learnt from this book to pay attention to how people perceive my personality.

Excellent and well written review! I, however, felt this book was too superficial and simply skimmed the surface of tough subjects. For me, it did not provide enough insight into the thoughts and emotions of the characters. The ending seemed anti-climatic and just a little too easy, as well, but overall a good read.

I reviewed this book sometime back and I must confess that it's a great with great life lessons. I would recommend it to the lovers of books that talk about self-redemption.

Thanks for the review. It makes people like me more inclined to read it. The cover is mostly unassuming. Many of us are tired of bad characters who keep escaping justice and karma. The author seems generous for telling a story of redemption.

I liked the summarization of this book, and I really liked how it touched base on how Nepalese girls lived. :techie-studyinggray:

I read and reviewed this book not long ago as well! Although I was less keen on it - I thought it was well-written but I didn't like the tone. Thanks for sharing your review! :)
