30th Century: Escape is a story of love and time-travel by Mark Kingston Levin. This is an eye-catching novel. It is definitely a sci-fi and erotic fantasy book. This is definitely one for a more mature audience. This is book one out of three.

The main character is Captain Jennifer Hero. She must lead her team to save humans from Syndos, a race of altered beings that have no morals. The Syndos are after the humans (the naturals as they call them) and their planet. Together with her trusted team, Jennifer must go back in time to spread a virus that will alter the Syndos. Jennifer's lover is named Zexton Ho. he creates a device called the trans-time machine. True to its name, it will give the team a way to travel back in time to spread the virus. However, as Zexton has as recently passed, Jen takes this opportunity to separate from her team and go to the 21st century. She is trying to erase the pain from losing her partner. She trusts that her team can carry out the mission on their own and searches for her own new life. Alone on an island of radiation, she is saved and must find a way to live with a new life, in a different century. All while having to live with the guilt of faking her death and abandoning her team.

I was, let's say, thoroughly surprised at the amount of sexual content in this novel. I generally like adult scenes as most do. Although, towards the end of the novel there was an abundance of sexual scenes. It was almost too much. It's safe to say that this is not a kids book. While I very much enjoyed the adult romance, I would not recommend this to anyone under 18. I would recommend this to adults who like erotic fantasy and sci-fi novels.

From the first moment I started reading, I could not put the book down. There is a lot going on right away with tons of characters. I was drawn in with the immediate action in the first chapter as they were going back in time. The book started out very intense, got a little mellow in the middle, and ends on the perfect cliffhanger that left me racing to a buy the second book to see what happens next.

I give this amazing literature novel a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. This the book seemed professionally edited and written. Each chapter has their own unique name. Jennifer's character was the most developed out of them all. Her erotic and scientific adventures really painted a good picture of her background. Other characters were not as developed. I wish was more emphasis on the other team members. Overall, I very much enjoyed this novel. The writing style is clever and clear. This is a great sci-fi adult novel that I would definitely recommend. There are homosexual scenes as well, so if you are not into that then don't read this book.
