The Warramunga's War written by Greg Kater, a novel that is the first in its trilogy. It's a historical fiction story that takes place during WWII. It's about a friendship that formed when Lieutenant James Munro saved Corporal Jack O'Brien's life while under fire. James and Jack were fighting against the Pro-Nazi Vichy French in Syria and Lebanon. After they finished their assignment there, they went on to work with the Army Intelligence in Cairo.

In Cairo, James and Jack learned that it was the place to be for agents. These agents are from Germany, Britian Italy and many others. These agents were to get information from their enemies. James and Jack assignment was to detect and arrest the German agents, who are with Rommel, the commander of the Afika Korps . Will James and Jack succeed? After that mission, they went on a to capture some criminals that were on a crime spree, stealing, kidnapping, and anything else they can get their hands into. They tracked them from place to place . Will James and Jack succeed?

Being filled with action and suspense, I felt the book was easy to read and follow. I also liked how the put the places in there to help fill the story line, added a little romance. He brought humor into the story to lightened the mood in places, but he also had serious moments that was meant to be serious it was serious. The story line was easy to grasp and follow. I really got into the book.

The author made the characters interesting which kept me interested. I loved the characters they went through tough, fun, sad and happy times. The author had captured all the emotions , which you could adapt to. I like the plot of the history and the action filled story kept me at the edge of my seat. So if you are like me and like historical fiction filled with fun, suspense ,and plenty of action , you must read this book. I believe you will enjoy this book.

So at last, I rate the book 4 out of 4 star .I enjoyed the book so much I couldn't put it down . I love to read historical fiction novel , but this was the first novel I read by this author, I will be reading more. I dont have anything negative to say about this book, and didn't catch and grammatical errors . I highly recommend this book
