The Solution is Political Revolution by Jillion R. Rising
I just finished The Solution is Political Revolution and to be truthful I’m not usually someone who reads political books because I just can't grind with those types of books, but in a way this book actually made me think. It made me think about the world today. The issues, the struggles we face.
It’s more about how much influence of money and wealthy people have over the system. Jillion does a good job explaining all of that without trying to make it feel like I’m reading some boring textbook. The parts about money, lobbyists, housing, college, and just how difficult everything has gotten for people was probably what stood out to me the most. Noting that the same thing has happened to the lower and upper class of people.
I always notice spelling and grammar mistakes when I’m reading. Maybe a couple tiny typos here and there, but nothing major. The book felt pretty clean and well edited overall. Did I agree with everything? No. There was definitely some parts that felt like they went on a little too long. Overall, I thought it was a really interesting read and probably one of the more honest political books I’ve picked up in a while.
If you’re frustrated with the way things are and feel like something about the system needs to change, I’d say give it a read! could get used to reading political books, but I am not looking to het with that crowd.
I rate this book five out of five as its been an easy one for me to read. Not so much to understand but reading it took a minute. I realize that from the book and the struggles in real life, these go hand in hand.
5 stars.
