Nice review...I am still learning what makes a good review and a sense of humour clearly helps! And I am with you that the set-up feels slightly wrong for a lesson in conflict resolution.

I’m going to show my age again now, because, to me, this story is completely topsy-turvy. It reminds me of an old joke where two psychiatrists see a man lying beaten and naked in the gutter. One turns to the other and says, ’whoever did this needs our help’.
Great review. I think it is sometimes hard to not show our age. But this review really shows your sense of humor.

Good to see you here. I was looking for your latest review, but I have already commented on it. How's it going?

I just finished a review of Gringo, maybe you could take a look.

I commend you for raising the point of King's inconsiderate nature. Thanks for the enlightening review.

I've read about the STOP method of conflict resolution from other sources but the fact that it's incorporated into a children's book is so nice this will help kids a lot with conflict resolution. Great review.

Parents and teachers who want to teach young children social skills in preparation for adulthood will find this book very interesting.
I’m a nerd who finds the way we use books to teach these things fascinating! I like that this seems larger than the book itself with the website and all. Now I’m interested in reading the book, including because of your critiques of the approach and how it’s presented, which seem fair enough! Also fair to knock off points on those forced rhymes.

Thanks for thoughtful review!
