I've read and reviewed all the books in this series. I enjoyed reading Heartaches 2. My only issue with it is how the author focused more on sex scenes than the actual story. Nice review.

The author seems to indeed be an expert master of imagery and creativity. The good thing is that the story has a happy ending in spite of the painful beginning and middle. Sounds like a great read fro romance lovers, however since this is not my forte, I will pass on that one.

I was interested in reading this book, but I turned away because I was worried about graphic rape content. However, now I wish I read the book, given your review of it! I am glad to hear you enjoyed the novel, and your review is very well-written! I like how you emphasized on the characters' perseverance and the writer's use of language. Thanks for the review! I had read Heartaches 1 and had found it to be a decent novel. From your review, it seems I can give Heartaches 2 a try as well. However, grammatical errors are definitely a put-off.
