Eric has evolved over the past five books, and now the sixth book in the Nightlord series tells a story to fit this evolution. I read the first installment in the series, and the only reason I've jumped to the sixth is that it could be read as a standalone, and my advantage with the first book also gives me a better edge in understanding the protagonist.

In this book, the narrative delves straight into Eric, who now resides as a ruler in Revthen. Rethven faces chaos due to a dangerous orb, and Eric is caught in an ethical dilemma as he explores defeating this evil entity once and for all. The orb has tormented him and his people for a long time, and the only way Eric can vanquish it is to travel back in time. Will Eric be able to destroy the orb? Settle into this book, Mobius by Garon Whited, and find out for yourself.

There's a lot to like about this book. I enjoyed how the author can build a proper background on all other supporting characters, and considering that the book was written in a first-person perspective, doing this becomes harder. Yet, the author has pulled it off effortlessly. It shows that Garon is a true professional in creative writing. Another thing I liked about the book is that it is perfectly edited, and although it is quite lengthy, it does not contain any errors across all pages. I commend the author and his publisher for such editorial efforts because they deserve praise for their perfect execution.

There is nothing that I disliked about this book. I enjoyed everything about the story, and I liked how it ended. I recommend this book to fans of the vampire thriller genre, as this one is set to entertain the audience. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars, and this should come as no surprise because, honestly, there was nothing discernible about its narrative. Hence, this perfect rating is justified.
