This is a nice and thorough review. I'm with you on liking to have my books neatly wrapped up with I turn the last page. A warning that it is or will be part of a series is always appreciated.

It does seem like the writing style is a bit hard to get used to, but it definitely seems worth it. It's too bad about the ending taking away a whole star! Still, I love the idea behind this one!

In a sense, yes, but it might be more true to say that they all meet in one person: Strong Heart, as she comes to know herself.

You've wrapped this story up so neatly in your description! It really makes me want to read it It's a pity about the ending, but like you say, if it is the first in a series it would maybe hope to entice the reader to pick up the next book. Thanks for your review, I really enjoyed it!

Wonderful review. I also did a review of this book and I liked the flow of events as well. The book scenes are fictional but one would imagine that they are real. How the author gets to do this is to his credit. The whole book is actually interesting from the first letter to the final full stop at the end.

Another informative, well-written review! Thanks for sharing. I read this a while back and was left with the same lesson from the ending - life doesn't have that neat story book ending that you so desire.Yet, because this is a book, I wanted the story book ending! Lol.
