We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies
I had a great time reading this story. The author’s style is engaging and smoothly alternates between vivid descriptions and fast-paced action. For me, it was not only the story that mattered to me, but how the author depicted the atmosphere of the story and made me feel like I was in the middle of the city of Soulhire. It was almost as if I could feel the rhythm of the music in my ears and the glamour of the Garden Quarter. The transitions from action scenes to political intrigue, such as the scenes between King Wilhelm and Midius Maido, were bliss. The dialogue was smooth and humorous sometimes, especially during the conversation with the captain, where the use of comedy relieves tension in what would otherwise be a critical situation. All these made the story more interesting.
I found myself following Galen through the physical and emotional terrains. The combination of contemplation and realism made him more interesting, especially when he thought about what he had left behind and had to survive a rough sea trip to begin a fresh life. As I said, I am in love with this book, and there is nothing to criticize because it was all spot-on. There were no errors, and the editing was fantastic. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars because of all these reasons, and I highly recommend it to lovers of adventure and mystery.
