[Following is a volunteer review of "Social Skills Success for Young Adults" by Dallas Brennan.]
Book title: SOCIAL SUCCESS SKILLS FOR YOUNG ADULTS
Author: DALLAS BRENNAN
I just finished reading Social Skills Success for Young Adults by Dallas Brennan a non fiction artwork that contains guidelines for coping in social settings, dealing with and overcoming anxiety, building and maintaining relationships and a lot more that has to do with becoming a social savvy in real world and online
Brennan's writing is a masterpiece depicting everyday struggles that come with coping in a world with dynamic social standards.
I did enjoy reading the book and I really appreciate the parts where the writer explained anxiety, it's causes and how one overcome in detail. Following her guidance I'm steps ahead to overcoming mine. The work also gives tips on starting conversations, how to keep them going and build professional relationships and opportunities. Conflict management and keeping online conversations polite are also part of her work. The writer also brings out the fact that a break from social media could be healthy, not leaving out how to re-adapt to the world they left. The work is detailed and the gives the reader a chance herself doing it which makes actual practice easier.
I recommend this work to people dealing with anxiety, who have difficulties in starting and maintaining relationships. To young adults looking for a means to create an impact in their field or at least a good start, Social Success Skills for Young Adults is just what you need.
