Who Told You That You Were Naked? A Refreshing Reexamination of the Garden of Eden by William E Combs, directly this book is Christian book which is based on "creative non-fiction" .This is due to its own style of narration portrayed by an author. This book was published by carpenter's son in 2016 and it deals with biblical knowledge,it shows the real life of Adam and Eve in the Garden, it shows the main source or the beginning of our sins in the world, after ever to be tempted with serpent .Not only that but also this book introduced a story of an author at the beginning to interest the readers ,also we taught to follow a good relationship between us with Jesus Christ and our god.
The book based on the original or the genesis of mankind even if this book it does not directly referencing the whole bible but it shows the whole picture of biblical knowledge. The book title were taken from its own book description and narration by an author, that is also can be found in the real bible .
This book have its own weakness simply that not all people will be interested with this kind of book because it based more in Christianity non Christian will not be interested even if the messages and themes of the book its meaningfully to all living organism.
In Who Told you that You Were Naked?, I like its ways of narration and the whole story about the genesis of mankind ,means this story is straight forward ,each chapter have its own questions to discus on a mind. Also how an author introduced the cover and its book title .The cover of the book shows a kind of fruit that were prohibited to be eaten in the Garden, and title were the real question asked by god to Adam. What I did not like from this book is an author story at the beginning ,makes me to spending more time in reading a book, also as an author referred in the bible he did not mention names of the god like those found in bible, like Yahweh or Jehovah.
I rate Who Told You that You Were Naked? A Refreshing Reexamination of the garden of Eden 4 out of 4 stars ,because the book is well written and good edited ,also it helps me to know my beginning .I would have proffered to read this book on behalf of my bible because its great study in my belief ,it makes me more strong to show my real love to my god, also from now I can be a one who can change the mind of others who are not interested with this kind of book.
