I would rate this book 4 out of 4. Reading this book was really nice and interesting. It was not boring as it had good historical background for each disorder mentioned. It has also mentioned all possible ways to cure a disorder or to improve health and the best part is, it mentions the best way to be followed also.

Apart from mentioning the best ways to follow, it also suggests the complete set of foods which are to be avoided for each and every disorder. It has also solutions for problems which people face everyday like obesity. The solutions which are provided are also very easy to understand and are very easy to follow.

The chapter which I like the most is about green tea and it’s benefits. I really never knew that there were so many benefits about green tea. I strongly recommend this book for people who like to read interesting facts about food, people who are really health conscious and people who follow regular diet.

Instead of simply mentioning the things to follow and not to follow, there is a good explanation of scientific reason behind it. The best part about this is that it can be easily understood by anyone. It was really interesting to know some facts like milk chocolate would negate the effects of chocolate.

Everyone in today’s world are busy in our day to day work and are ignorant about the food we eat. We really don’t know what our body needs and this actually differs from person to person based on their body. So, this book no matter what will be helpful for everyone to frame a diet plan.

This book gives us a warning about the bad food habits that we practice currently and the junk food we consume daily. So, this book is not for people who think they don’t want strict rules in life and they just want to enjoy their life. For them this would like a book of rules and they would probably dislike it.

This book will be helpful for body builders who need a guidance on their food habits and also for sports persons who want themselves to be strong and healthy. This book would definitely help us to have a peaceful life which is prone to less number of diseases and a life with large life span.

Another useful aspect of this book is that it has mentioned the bad effects of the foods which are available in the market, foods of top brands and it’s connection with various health effects. This book also can be used as a guide for patients on their food habits and after using this book they would not suffer from any other illness after that as this book will suggest healthy food habits.

Nice review. I like how you point out that the book highlights both the good and the bad effects of certain foods. Your comments on green tea were interesting. Great job.

Good job on your review. You have summarized the assets of this book well. You are right that people who like more freedom in their diet would probably not benefit from the book as much. It sounds like you really enjoyed it. Thanks for the review!
