In a futuristic dystopia where democracy is in the past due to wars, WPA (World Peace Authority) takes control of the whole of humanity in the name of maintaining peace. Where humans are bred artificially without the ability to reproduce with the only goal of performing their assigned work. Where the world is full of people with no emotions as the WPA tries to elevate humanity and become more productive by changing the genes.

The story starts with the protagonist (Dune) waiting for the train to home which gets delayed due to which the 60s (humans produced in the 2060s) commit suicide one after another by jumping from the platform. Our protagonist who is the son of a late researcher of WPA and a naturally born human wants to free this world from its suffering. It is a story that mainly revolves around Dune and Fennec ( who is a genetically modified human with fox genes ) his pet/wife/partner, while both are suffering from mental disorders, their main wish is to get rid of WPA and restore the humanity. During this journey, they support each other to achieve this goal. Will they be able to succeed in their endeavor?

It is a book where you can find biological experimentation, sci-fi as well as dark psychology. The story is thought-provoking as it can be one of our possible futures.

I will rate this book a 4 out of 5 as it kept me engaged but the end was a bit confusing and abrupt. The book can be confusing at the start but is well-paced and the main characters are well developed along with their pasts. The book is recommended for adult readers only as it can be disturbing due to the various scenes and behavior of the main character which also portrays various mentally disturbing thoughts.
