[Following is a volunteer review of "When Business Is Love" by Jan Ryde.]
When Business Is Love by Jan Ryde is an amazing book. This book teaches us how to run a business with love! Jan Ryde promised himself that when he reached the goal of one billion Swedish kronor in revenue, he would write the book and share the principles and ideas that helped him reach there.
The writer explains throughout the book that, while managing a business enterprise, if you use the principles like love, joy, peace, gratitude, humility, mastery, abundance, and success correctly, you will get the best results.
Jan Ryde gives the step-by-step process that worked for their business and so many other businesses as well. And if you apply this to your personal and professional lives, you will experience more love, abundance, joy, excitement, and peace in your life!
The writer tells us to create a great amount of value for customers, stay focused on that one goal, and just don’t worry about the competitors.
He explains that even when their firm is 170 years old, they act and work like a startup. They operate their business with love. This thought stayed with me. Indeed, no matter how successful you become, always act and work like you just began.
Chapter two touched my heart. Jan Ryde describes his life in this chapter. This chapter teaches us how to take negative instances in a positive way.
The author explains that the most critical resource for their business is love. He shares his family history and how their business faced difficulties, ups and downs, overcame them, and stood still. He shares how the quality of products plays an important role in business.
You can feel in the writing how much love the writer has for his business. And indeed, his business runs on love! When you finish reading this book, you will understand how to run your organization based on one factor that is mostly overlooked in the business world, which is love!
I will give this book five out of five stars. The book is professionally edited, and there are no errors. I will recommend this book to business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, and those who want personal growth in life.
