Indeed. The book is difficult to follow because the author didn't organize the chapters well. However, the reader can find good ideas to mediate as well.

Every time I read a review about this book, the rating is bad. Oh, sad about this book. I can't enjoy reading like this one. Thanks for your review.

I always do my best to write my opinion about a book without being biased. Therefore, I write the good and bad that I find in the book. It is up to the reader to decide whether he/she will read the book.

Nice review! The book is not for me. But your review is thorough and honest.
What is the most special thing I did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.

Sounds interesting and different, and I like that it short and easy to read. Thank you for this review.

It is a short book. At the beginning I thought I was going to read it in less than a week, but it has so many errors that reading it was strenuous.

Thanks, this is a fair and accurate review. I agree with most of your points, even though I personally felt that the book's qualities outweighed its, admittedly serious, flaws.
