This is definitely interesting. It is nice to get health advice but before I take any advice, I talk to my doctor and want to see the evidence or research behind opinions and advice.

I am glad you liked this book. I did not find it very interesting due to the obvious details in it and also many formatting issues.
What is the most special thing I did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.

It is my pleasure. You sure brought out the crucial points of the book. And it is interesting to see other people's take on the book which i have also read.

I guess the author sent the message straight that even a person who do not have medical background enjoyed it. I'd like to point out though that the contentions made on the book were based on research or scientific studies and that is hard to contest. It may be hard to believe but they are facts as of the moment unless repeated trials disprove it.

Nice review Rosemary. I also read this one and was surprised by the author's opinion on stretching before exercise and also about alternative medicine. I believe there are many areas of alternative medicine or health techniques (like yoga, etc.) that would benefit from further scientific research.

Thank you for this review. It's so important to read information that debunks myths. The author does make the point that alternative medicine is unproven because the evidence is all anecdotal and the scientific community do not consider "anecdata" to be reliable. He could have explained the scientific method at the beginning of the book instead of leaving it until the final chapter.
This post was brought to you by the word "specifically".
