It’s good that he put in what the acronyms meant, but I personally like when they spell it out every time.

I liked how he talked about his fitness, and how some thing in the article that he read resonated with him. It’s good to tell a story to explain what you’re going to talk about.

I like how he talked about how he tried different kinds of therapy.

I felt like it was brave to open up and talk about PTSD, not related to being a soldier and to childhood trauma.

His stories about his childhood are powerful and paint a picture for the rest of the book.

I liked how he talked about strategy i
that got him out of the house and how he became resilient and started at such a young age and the reason why

He talked about how he worked harder than anyone else, and develop determination, grits, and confident at a very young age because of that and that was good

I like how he put the exercises in to have the person do their homework, and to help them.

The only grammar items I see are some lines in between words without spaces, but I think he might be doing that on purpose so I don’t actually know if it’s a grammar mistake or not. Because some didn’t have them with the dash.

I liked the part about finding your purpose, and that he went to California and did all these different things first and found his way…

I almost cried when he talked about how he found out about his son and before that competition, I’ve been driving him, and now this was. That was a beautiful moment in the story.

The mortgage industry part felt a little long, but that could just be my opinion.

Also, the story about Loius I thought it could be tightened up a little bit. I’m not interested in learning anything else about the mortgage industry laughing out loud but seriously I’m not.

Some of the chapters are spaced too far down on the page. Some are halfway down on one of the pages. Not a big deal, but just mentioning.

I liked how he talked about becoming the person that achieves our goals

I think it was good he took responsibility for his divorce, and how he wanted to grow into a different person who was compassionate and understanding and kinder.

I like how he talked about writing a list of things he could, and couldn’t control when the love of his life was in the hospital

I like the tips for a morning routine.

There are a few blank, pages between chapters 4 and 5

Overall, this is a great book for anyone who is starting self-development or has been in it for many years. They are great reminders in the book and I would definitely recommend it

Blank, pages in between chapters, 5 and six

The chapters could be a little shorter and the points summed up without all of the information. I don’t really know how to explain it, but it is a good book but it feels a little bit long. On some parts.

I like how in the power of positivity chapter, he included several exercises

I like how he talks about the difference between success and significance, and how to give back
