[Following is a volunteer review of "Snatched Up to Heaven!" by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul.]
Snatched up to heaven by Jemima and Arvind Paul
This book is about their two children Pri yanka and Deepitic, who were apparently was taken up to heaven whilst asleep and their description of Heaven and Hell.
I am a Christian, so l found this book both a revelation and some what believable. The book has only 45 pages.
The set up of the book is very good and l found no typos, sex, foul language of any description. Its kept to its title explaining in full, the journey the young children took, whilst being taken Heaven and Hell, both by Jesus and angels.
There are many references to the Bible to qualify what the mother was told. The references choose to explain what the children saw and heard, with clarification to make it easier to understand, always using the Bible.
The book does not seek you in any way, to take any kind of side. All it does is explain what the children saw and heard without any persuasion to think that there is any truth to the stories. The children are only two and four at the time, so how they understood and give such detail takes some understanding.
I have had no children of my own, but even l know that a two year old child's language, will not have been fully developed to a adult understanding! The description of hell, is something you do not want to saviour or remember.
The only real problem with the book is to actually believe what you have read. You, in my own opinion, have to have a belief in both God and Christianity, which l do both. But in these times more and more people are being brought up to know neither, which is a great pity. I personally have a 100 percent in both, which is nothing but a great joy.
So l have given book a 3 out of 4, and 4 out 5, ratings
simple because of the way it is written, rather than because of the subject matter.
