[Following is a volunteer review of "The Unfakeable Code®" by Tony Jeton Selimi.]
A must-read book, very helpful and it’s a true gem! It is very simple to read and to understand as well as to apply to our everyday life!
I have noticed no typo errors and usage of grammar, punctuation and spelling were correctly used!
The book is impressive and i do recommend it to anyone who would like to get to know themselves! It helped me without me realizing that i did need help myself especially i am trying to get a leadership position at work and it did help me get better understanding of how i feel and how to pursue what I want professionally!
The tips and exercises are very helpful and it definitely helped me unmasking my fears and myself!
Only part I didn’t like much was the dedication section, too long and kind of explained what the book was about.
Other than that, the book was a step by step guide to figuring out what needed to be addressed and what needed to be fixed! I feel i can be more myself at work without worrying about “what ifs”… i have actually addressed some of my personal concerns after reading the book with my manager as apparently i found out i haven’t been sounding my voice or telling my manager how i felt! And she did perceive it really well, she’s negotiating my salary and bonus now as well as looking into providing me more training that can help me in my journey to grow with our company!
Not only that but the book has assisted me with my team members and family members! I have been addressing my concerns differently and i have been listening to their concerns as well; more efficiently!
I do recommend this book for any readers; not only for corporations or business clients! It’s great to assist them navigating their lives and will help addressing any problems!
