[Following is a volunteer review of "A Dream For Peace" by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah.]
A Dream for Peace by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah is a memoir that focuses on the life of the author. He tells readers the story of his life, from childbirth to adulthood. He takes readers through some important moments in his life and some vital decisions he had to make.
He was born in Algeria and was the last child in his mother’s womb. He lost his father at a young age, and his brother took on the responsibilities of his father. His mother prioritized his education above anything else. To find out more about his life, grab a copy.
I like how patriotic the author was in his youth. The discrimination from the French towards the Algerians in their country must have been tough to endure. I like that the author was one of the few people to fight for the rights of the Algerians. The author’s patriotism is inspiring. We should always try to promote our individual cultures and avoid external influences on our traditions.
I admire how close his family was. His stepbrother ensured he took care of him, especially when their father passed away. They respected the elders in the family. It is a value that is being lost in modern society. The author’s mother ensured he didn’t lack anything in life. The values she taught him helped him excel in life. A mother’s love and care are important for the success of any child. The author listened to his mother’s teachings, and he benefited from them. The love he shared with his wife is something I admire about him.
I didn’t find anything wrong with the book. The book was full of suspense and action. I enjoyed reading about his experiences in medical school. I found no grammatical errors, which shows the book was well-edited. I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend it to aspiring doctors. I also recommend it to all who are oppressed. There is always hope, so never quit fighting.
