Here is a visionary, a persistent Algerian boy with an unflinching determination to fight for his country's freedom from French domination in a century when racism, colonialism, and nepotism were all based on the African continent.

Ghoulem Berrah, an Algerian freedom fighter, medical doctor, and global diplomat, wrote the inspirational autobiography A Dream For Peace. The book told the true story of an Algerian boy who was inspired by his visionary abilities and tenacity at a young age. From his early education, he revolted against racism, colonialism, practitioners of nepotism, and any unfair practices against humanity that were prevalent in the French colony. He founded several activist organizations, including the Front de Liberation Nationale (FLN), UGEMA, and others. He obtained scholarships for African students and had them admitted to universities in the name of the struggle. The author had to put his life in danger in order to achieve peace.

I have the utmost respect for the author because he is a great man. I was enthralled by his writing ability, and I tried to picture how he would explain and narrate events compellingly and knowledgeably. He is a talented writer, and this book is the product of that talent. Every aspect of the author's life seemed to be captured in writing, with no details left out. I enjoyed how the author adorned the book's pages with vibrant images of several accomplishments and events, particularly those of prominent African leaders.

Berrah still possessed a strong personality despite the fight for peace, which made it possible for him to interact with important figures in politics, religion, and particular social circles. Although a Muslim, he married a Catholic and had a love relationship with Titi, an Ivorian woman. This highlights the author's dedication to fostering harmony and peace among all people. He never wavered in his support for President Houphouet-Boigny, which resulted in an admirable end. Faith, duty, fairness, peace, and conversation were among the author's many admirable qualities.

Unfortunately, I won't say I like everything in the book. The book contains a large number of complicated words. Although I found it a chance to expand my vocabulary, this could put off the average reader; they may find it difficult to absorb the value and knowledge the book contains due to its length and the complicated words. I think a movie should be made based on the book.

The book is professionally edited because I discovered only one error in it. I rate this book five out of five stars because it has helped me understand how to be selfless in my relationship with humanity. I recommend this book to fans of autobiographies, historians, African politicians, and all advocates for human freedom, particularly in Africa.

While I understand the reviewer's point about the book containing complicated words, I believe it also presents an opportunity for readers to expand their vocabulary and deepen their understanding. However, I agree that some readers might find it challenging to absorb the book's value and knowledge due to its length and complex language. The suggestion of making a movie based on the book is intriguing, as it could bring the story to a wider audience and make it more accessible while still conveying its powerful message.
