[Following is a volunteer review of "The Girl Who Knew Da Vinci" by Belle Ami.]
The Girl Who Knew Da Vinci is a thriller book written by Belle Ami. It revolves around a missing painting made by Leonardo Da Vinci, which seems to be extinct, but a girl's dreams reveal the painting's existence.
Scordato offers advice to Angela Renato, a recent graduate who was haunted in her dreams and didn’t really know what was revealed to her. Angela works at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles, where she began to have sleepless nights about a painting. Scordato loves and appreciates art, and he strongly believed that the missing Da Vinci painting existed, although he had no evidence of it. On the other hand, Angela wasn’t so comfortable with Scordato because he tried taking advantage of her. Angela met a private detective named Alex Caine, who also seemed interested in the painting. With the help of Angela, will they be able to find this painting? Does the painting truly exist? Get a copy of the book to find the answers to these questions.
I found a lot of positive aspects in the book, which captured my attention and kept me glued to it. It would be right for me to acknowledge the author for this intriguing storyline. The story was interesting, and it was told chronologically, so I was able to follow the events that occurred in the book accordingly. The action, suspense, and different plot twists made the storyline interesting and unpredictable. Belle Ami is a fantastic writer, and she did justice to the introduction of the book. I love how she clearly told the background story behind the missing art that disappeared from the Uffizi Gallery. I would also love to commend the author for the character development because it was superb. I love the cover page of the book. It was really appealing, and I believe it would capture the attention of readers just as it did mine. I enjoyed the roles these characters played, Angela and Alex. They had a unique personality and brought romance to the storyline.
The book could be easily said to be one of my favorite fictional books. I didn’t find anything wrong with the book. Although I disliked the way Alex acted toward Angela at times, there are better ways to express your love than by acting immature. I love the plot and setting of the book. This reminds me of my days at the art gallery, as I used to be a lover of art. The book was exceptionally well edited, as there were no typographical errors in it. I rate the book five out of five stars because of the storyline, character development, and concise words used in the book.
I recommend the book to lovers of art, fiction, and romance as well as to a mature audience because it would be a delightful experience reading the book.
