McDowell by William H. Coles is a tale that teaches us a lot about human nature and the human nature that shouldn’t be encouraged as we live. McDowell is the main character in this book. The book contains two sections with interesting details. There are nice characters in this book who were perfectly developed, as was the storyline.
This amazing book by William H. Coles is really unique because it doesn’t just tell the tales of a man without leaving us with reasons not to learn. After going through this book, I found myself thinking about and checking the aspects of my life that need to be changed. So many things went south in this book, and it was driven by the negative human nature we naturally possess. This book teaches us why we should be good friends, a good husband, a good father, and personally, to be good individuals.
After achieving so much and attaining a nice balance in life, things go crashing down for McDowell. Would he be able to rebuild his life from scratch? You’d have to read to find out. He was well known to be a world-renowned surgeon as well as a great climber, having climbed Mount Everest and other high peaks in Nepal.
Through several marriages, he ended up with children, to whom he didn’t really pay attention or give the required amount of love but took care of their finances. A mind-blowing incident happened when his son "Billy" had an affair with his stepsister "Tracey." Billy is the son of his second wife, who passed away, and Tracey is the daughter of his third wife. This led to chaos, with Tracey getting pregnant for her stepbrother simply because the family wasn’t healthy enough. There are so many more things to read and learn from the life of our main character. Would things turn out better for him? Get your hands on this book to find out.
I really want to use this opportunity to thank the author for such an amazing book. I enjoyed every second of reading this book, and I was likewise impressed because I came across no errors. The grammatical structure, writing style, and plot are just so good. I like the fact that every plot and character was nicely developed, which made it easy for me to grasp. Everything was explained in clear terms. It is simple to read and has a legible font size. This book is a very straightforward, readable story with a strong message and an unexpected ending. I’m really glad I got my hands on this.
Apart from the sexual aspect of this book, I didn’t have anything to dislike about it. There was no dull moment, nor was there any difficulty reading or understanding.
I rate McDowell by William H. Coles 5 out of 5 stars. It was absolutely worth my time and life-changing.
I recommend this book to bachelors, parents, and anyone looking for a gripping and inspiring read about the fragility of life.
