Civilization is an evolving term. Development implicates improvement. Culture is just the set ways people live within a society. And as it stands every day, society seeks to be better. It is always evolving. The laws are changed. The culture too changes to reflect the values the people live by. Currently, in most societies, there is an ongoing conversation about the relevance and adaptation of artificial intelligence in government and governance. The government on the one hand cannot be fully achieved if the citizens are unwilling or resist governance. Therefore, there must be a lot of indoctrination to assist the citizens to remember their obligations and duties. This must be the norm to create order and preserve the sanctity of that society. This is what the book TERMS OF SERVICE is all about. The author, Craig W. Stanfill creates an experience by introducing us to a world of AI. He creates this society where Artificial Intelligence interacts with humans with each element careful to communicate with the language permitted within its circles. At the same time, the author makes out a situation where the robots are created with the memories of a human being. It is in this circumstance that one can see the lead character exert control over the coy manipulations of artificial intelligence. But how does she arrive here? Kim lives in a society that prioritizes the common good over the individual goal. As such, one finds out that little infractions disrupt the peaceful fabric of this society. To restore order in this chaos, the robots punish the offenders and reward the obedient. It does this by choosing to make the life of the obedient easy or choosing to make the life of the offender difficult. This is Kim's experience on the day she takes on a bicycling adventure with her best friend Shan. Did they survive? Were they punished? The book holds the answers to these questions.

The fact that the author creates a plot from a technical theme is engaging. Not everyone can simply apply artificial intelligence and robotics concepts to create a captivating plot. I think this is the major highlight of this book. Another positive feature is the use of language. The English language gets interesting as a medium of communication. You will find the dialogue between humans and AI interesting. These positive features are the highlights of this book.

There is nothing negative in this book. It is written in a proxy form and the technical terms regarding artificial intelligence are broken down and easily understood. The characters are projected in the way that is expected of them. There is nothing out of the ordinary in this work of art.

Following the above, I rate this book five out of five stars. It is so rated because it lacks any negative aspects. It's just fully captured the theme of artificial intelligence. It is professionally edited.

I recommend this book to tech lovers and tech enthusiasts. They will find the plot relatable and engaging enough to be a source of inspiration. Also, I recommend this book to persons in governance. Artificial Intelligence is relevant in every aspect
