In this sci-fi book, We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz, a young man named Galen left the land of Princes, where there is war and suffering, to seek greener pastures in the kingdom of Voulhire.

The land of princes suffered from the constant war among the four sons of the emperor. Galen Bray had to leave the land and travel to Magnum Caelum in the kingdom of Voulhire, which is a powerful nation known for science and magic. Galen moved there to inherit his deceased uncle Onita's fortune, who was a blacksmith and had previously resided in the kingdom of Voulhire. Voulhire was ruled by a powerful king named King Wilhelm Arcolo, while Lord Orlin led the people of Hillport. However, he was removed for being a bad leader and was replaced with Lord Meldorath, who was also removed, arrested, and prosecuted for the troubles he caused while in power as the Lord of Hillport. The king then appointed Lord Eldus, who seemed to be the one to change the status quo, as he promised to bring change and restore hope to Hillport. Can Lord Eldus Alderman restore hope to the people of Hillport? Grab a copy of this book to find out.

War has always been one of the major causes of unrest in a land, and it leads to casualties. The only way out for people in such places is to run away for their lives and seek greener pastures in a foreign land where their safety is assured. I enjoyed the storyline of this book as it is something I could relate perfectly to. The author's creativity is what I love the most about the book. He carried me along as if I were on the journey with Galen. The characters were well developed. Rowan and Galen also shared an amazing experience of friendship. I really appreciate the author for the different plot twists in the book. I love how the story moved from the war and rivalry among the princes to the political issues in Hillport. This book was full of action and suspense, and I was anxious to know if Lord Meldorath really came back to life.

The book was well detailed and interesting to read about. I didn't find anything wrong with the book. However, I was troubled about the constant war and rivalry between the princes and the planned attack of the rebel group, Riva Rohavi. I also enjoyed the book as the author used clear vocabulary words that made comprehension easy.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I gave it a perfect rating because the book has no flaws. I also didn't come across any errors in the book. This shows that it was exceptionally well edited. I recommend this book to lovers of historical fiction because they will find it interesting to read.
