[Following is a volunteer review of "JTs World" by E. Alan Fleischauer.]
In E. Alan Fleischauer's western novel, JTs World, the protagonist, John Thurgood Thomas, also known as JT, is a wealthy entrepreneur whose life is explored in a captivating and suspenseful manner. After the murder of his loved one, JT struggles to fall in love again as a widower. As a successful businessman, he has constructed a grand complex featuring a salon, an artificial lake, a restaurant, a theater, and other stunning areas. His plans for a grand opening are disrupted by an attempted assassination, and he is advised to leave town and embark on a journey. Along the way, JT encounters various challenges, including enemies who wish him harm, as well as friends and allies. He meets a man on the road who captures criminals, and the two join forces to fight their common enemies, eventually becoming allies.
One aspect of this book that particularly stood out to me was the engaging and action-packed storyline. The inclusion of murders and bounty hunters added a level of excitement and kept me on the edge of my seat. The author did a great job of vividly describing the scenes and making it feel like I was watching an action movie unfold. In addition, I appreciated the detailed descriptions of the characters, particularly Maria Woodworth. These descriptions helped me better visualize and connect with the characters, making them feel more real and dynamic. The use of dialogue was also a highlight for me, as it brought the story to life and made the characters feel more fully realized. These combined elements make for a highly enjoyable and immersive reading experience.
One of the things that stood out to me while reading this book was the way the author carefully selected his words. I appreciated the way the story unfolded and found it engaging from start to finish. Additionally, I appreciated the vivid descriptions and realistic portrayal of the scenes in the book. The language used by the author was also effective in creating a sense of authenticity and immersion in the world of the story. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the portrayal of strong and independent female characters who were able to assert themselves and showcase their confidence.
One potential issue with this book is that the author occasionally interrupts the narrative with background information about a character, which can disrupt the flow of the story. This could potentially cause the reader to lose interest or feel that the author is trying to pack too many stories into one book and not present them in a cohesive manner. This is the only aspect of the book that I did not enjoy. Therefore, I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.
The book was exceptionally edited because I found no errors while reading. I would recommend this book to readers who love reading engaging and suspense-filled crime thrillers.
