Review of Phobia Relief
Phobia Relief is neurolinguistic programming, which is the study of constructive behaviour. As a man thinks, so he is. This book is a revelation of human thought patterns, how they affect them, and fear. This book did not just open the reader's eyes to what negative thoughts can cause; it also presented ways forward with practical exercises. Everyone has one fear or another that prevents them from becoming a better person. Reading and performing the activities and exercises listed in this book will be of great help.
I must say this book is one of those I will live to read over and over again. The author, Kalliope Barlis, took time to explain every aspect in simple English that can be understood by all.
The first thing that caught my attention was the exposure to fear and its disadvantages. The truth is that many people do not know how dangerous their fear can be to fulfilling their purpose. It is a total distraction; it keeps its victim stagnant. Another impressive thing about this book is the idea of travel enlightenment. What we think about as humans does not stop at the thought; it is reinforced in the mind, and it becomes the basis for any action we take. It is the same with speaking; what we say is transferred to the universe, where it replicates itself in multitudes, shoots itself at our faces, and even grows wings and becomes bigger. So, a human should endeavor to say positive things—what we will rather do than what we will not do. talking about the way forward other than causes, because focusing on causes only opens up wounds.
After successfully creating a solution to fear, it is important to take up new good habits. Space is an open door to even worse situations. Keep the memory of those things that make you happy and laugh well. Dwell on your happy times more than what makes you sad, and there lies your strength to be a better person.
I found no negative elements in Phobia Relief. It is a practical book; it is not just a piece of the written formula; it has yielded good results.
I rate this book 5 out of 5. The editor did an excellent job editing this book.
Everyone goes through one fear or another that hinders them from taking a step ahead. Therefore, I recommend this book to anyone who has a hindering fear and is interested in a cure that does not require medications.
